Jamie Alexander

Jamie Alexander has over 30 years of work experience in accounting and financial roles. Jamie is currently the SVP, Chief Accounting and SEC Principal Accounting Officer at Kemper since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer at Element Fleet Management from August 2020 to August 2022. From 2006 to 2019, Jamie served as the Chief Accounting Officer at AIG Global Capital Markets and Deputy Corporate Controller at AIG, Inc. Jamie also held the position of Global Controller - Asset & Wealth Management at JP Morgan Chase from 1994 to 2006. Jamie began their career at Ernst & Young where they worked as a Manager in the Financial Services Division from 1989 to 1994.

Jamie Alexander attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 1986 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. They pursued a double major in Accounting and Finance during their time at the university.
