John Rhoads

John Rhoads is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in claim management and process improvement. Currently serving as Director of Design, Process & Improvement at Kemper since September 2020, John drives process management and improvement for the Property and Preferred Auto segments. Previously, John held various leadership roles at Travelers from July 2007 to September 2020, including Director of Claim Management, where oversight of multi-state auto claim operations and strategy development for performance management were key responsibilities. Prior roles at Travelers also included management of remote claim teams and program development, along with early career experience as an Auto Appraiser. John Rhoads earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Penn State University.
