Lee Berger

Lee Berger serves as the Vice President and Head of Transformation at Kemper Auto since November 2022. Previously, Lee held various leadership roles at Travelers from July 2008 to October 2022, including AVP of Business Insurance where responsibilities included the management of product capabilities driving growth through digital initiatives, AVP of Operations Customer Experience overseeing a comprehensive CX strategy for approximately 6,000 employees, and AVP of Personal Insurance Consumer Strategy focusing on sales strategy and customer retention initiatives. Prior experience includes a Senior Marketing Manager position at Allstate Insurance and a Manager role at Accenture, which encompassed a wide range of program and project management functions within the insurance sector. Lee holds a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Michigan.
