Rachael Emerick

Rachael Emerick, MBA, CSW, serves as Assistant Vice President of Sales Operations & Enablement at Kemper since 2020, overseeing a multifaceted team responsible for agency licensing, compensation, sales reporting, training, marketing, and inside sales. Previously, Rachael held the role of Director of Executive Operations & Strategic Planning, acting as Chief of Staff for the President of Kemper Personal Insurance. Prior experience includes serving as District Manager at Gallo Wine Company from 2016 to 2019, leading a team of eight sales professionals across 77 retail accounts in Southern California, and holding positions as Field Training Manager, Tasting Room and Trade Hospitality Ambassador, and Sales Representative. Rachael earned an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business and a BS in International Business from the University of San Diego.
