Ryan Erickson

Ryan Erickson, CPA, currently serves as VP - Controller at Kemper, a position held since April 2022. Previously, Ryan held titles including VP - P&C Controller and AVP - Assistant P&C Controller at the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as Controller for Clear Spring Health at Group1001 from May 2018 to April 2022 and working at ALAS, Inc. in Financial Reporting and Analysis, as well as reinsurance administration from September 2009 to May 2018. Ryan began a career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, focusing on audit, assurance, and business advisory services from September 2003 to September 2009, and initially worked as a salesperson and manager for Southwestern Advantage from May 1999 to September 2003, where sales training and motivation of salespersons were key responsibilities. Ryan earned a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2003, following a Bachelor's degree from the same institution completed in 2002.
