Will Johnson possesses extensive experience in finance and leadership roles within the corporate and military sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Finance at Kemper Life since June 2021, Will has held multiple finance management positions there, including Manager roles in both Finance and Treasury. Prior experience includes an MBA internship at USAA and various leadership roles in the US Army, where responsibilities ranged from Rear Detachment Commander in the 4th Infantry Division to Chief of Staff in the 1st Infantry Division. Will holds an MBA in Corporate Finance and Strategy from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University.
