Shawn Richter joined the KemperSports family in 2005. Throughout his career, he has been in the field as the Controller at daily fee, semi-private, private and resort facilities, as well as served multiple roles within the KemperSports Home Office, earning him the Mady Lesnik Home Office Staffer of the Year award in 2016. His success is attributable to his strong knowledge of accounting, coupled with a great understanding of operations. A True Service ambassador with a keen awareness of the impact operations has on our business, he is valued among clients and colleagues. Shawn was promoted to Vice President of Accounting in 2020.
