Monil Malhotra

Monil Malhotra is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the industrial and automation sectors. Currently serving as President for North America at Kempower since January 2025, Monil's prior tenure at Emerson Automation Solutions from November 2005 to January 2025 included various vice presidential positions across industrial software, projects and sales for North America, and systems and solutions for Latin America. Earlier career experiences included roles at TRAX International as a Process Simulation - Modeling Engineer and at Metalforms, Inc. as a Design Engineer. Monil holds an Executive MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Lamar University.
