Pierre-Emmanuel Gau has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Pierre-Emmanuel currently serves as the Regional Sales Director for South & West Europe / LATAM at Kempower. Prior to this, they were the Head of Business Development at Kempower. Pierre-Emmanuel has also held positions at CCFF (Chambre de Commerce Franco-Finlandaise) as a Board Member, Virta Ltd as a Sales Director for Partnerships and Platform Services, Fortum as an International Sales Manager, Charge and Drive, Ramboll as an International Sales Manager, Naps Systems as a Sales Manager, Papeteries des Alpes as a Sales Coordinator, and Association "Rue de la paix" as the President. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in sales, business development, and leadership roles across various industries including clean energy and non-profit organizations.

Pierre-Emmanuel Gau earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Business from Edinburgh Napier University from 2002 to 2004. Later, from 2004 to 2006, they obtained a Master's degree in International Business Management from ECEMA.
