Nikki Shand has had a diverse career path, ranging from sales executive to director. With experience in various roles such as Training Administrator and Human Resources Assistant, Nikki has also worked at different companies like Kempston Controls, Nene Valley Group Ltd, Raunds Town Council, Johnston Press, and Citrus Training. Currently pursuing education at Northampton College to further enhance their skills in Human Resources.
