Todd Rogers

Todd Rogers is currently the Executive Director Business Development at The Kempton Group, where Todd works on innovative programs for self-funded employers. Previously, Todd has held positions in Human Capital Consulting, CEO and Founder of RealTime HR, and Human Resource Consulting. Todd has also worked in Governmental Affairs at Southwest Airlines. Todd holds a certificate in Human Resource Management from Villanova University and a degree in Executive Leadership from Harvard Business School.
