Manoj Pandey

Manoj Pandey's work experience begins in 2000 when they worked as a Software Engineer at CANAL+ Group. From 2003 to 2005, they were a Software Lead at Sony UK Ltd. Manoj then moved on to AMD and held various roles, including Product Definition/System Architect and Product Definition/Marketing, both in Europe. At Broadcom, they worked as a Product Definition/Software Architect in North America from 2008 to 2010. From 2010 to 2013, Manoj served as the Marketing Director at eInfochips, where they were responsible for defining the company's growth strategy and managing partnerships, among other duties. In 2013, they founded TruSkills, a platform that provided quality education to rural India. In 2016, Manoj joined eInfochips again, this time as the Digital BU Head, overseeing the company's digital business unit. Most recently, in 2020, they became the CEO & Chief Product Officer of Kemsys Technologies, where they led the company's transformation into a digital technology business by developing IoT platform-led products, solutions, and services.

Manoj Pandey obtained a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Henley Business School, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2000, they completed a Master's degree in Software Development (MSc Engg) from Leeds. Their undergraduate studies were at Gujarat University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (BE BSc Engg) from 1994 to 1998.

In addition to their formal education, Manoj Pandey also obtained a certification in "Creating a Product-Centric Organization" from LinkedIn in March 2023.
