Ken Fulk Inc, is a creative think tank based out of four-story 1920s brick building affectionately called “The Magic Factory.” Ken Fulk Inc is a team of cultural engineers including interior designers, event planners, architects and graphic designers bringing Fulk's visions to life. 

In addition to residential projects, KFI takes a multi-disciplinary approach for hospitality clients including The Major Food Group—New York’s restaurant consortium—as well as acclaimed social club The Battery SF and the forthcoming overhaul of San Francisco’s historic Mark Hopkins Hotel. 

Ken Fulk Inc imbues every project with a notorious wit and and effortless elegance, and has been featured in such publications as The New York Times, Vanity Fair, Architectural Digest, Elle Décor, NY Post and The Wall Street Journal.
