From May 2006 to September 2018, Bency held the position of Divisional Manager at Ebrahim Khalil Kanoo, where responsibilities included managing the sales division of ex-lease vehicles and leading trade-in operations for a prominent automotive dealer in Bahrain. Bency earned a Master of Business Administration in Marketing/Marketing Management from Sikkim Manipal University between 2008 and 2010.
