Hussam Kanaan

Hussam Kanaan, P.Eng, PMP, ENV SP, is a seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in airfield electrical and civil projects, currently working at Kenaidan Contracting Ltd. since October 2025. Prior to this role, Hussam served as a Senior Project Manager at EllisDon, overseeing multiple infrastructure initiatives for Infrastructure Ontario from June 2022 to October 2025. Hussam's career also includes significant positions at Turner & Townsend, managing large-scale projects for the Greater Toronto Airports Authority and Toronto Transit Commission from May 2018 to June 2022. Previous experience encompasses roles at CH2M, where responsibilities included cost management and project controls for Metrolinx, as well as project coordination and estimating at Foremost Universal LP and Hatch. Hussam holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Ryerson University, completed between 2008 and 2012.
