David Michals

David Michals has over 30 years of experience in the lighting industry. David is currently the President at Kenall Lighting since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the VP Sales Strategy - Lighting Sector at Legrand, North America from April 2020 to January 2023. David also has extensive experience at Kenall Manufacturing, where they held various roles including Executive Vice President, Sales from January 2009 to April 2020, National Sales Manager from January 2006 to January 2009, and Regional Sales Manager from January 1997 to January 2006. Before joining Kenall Manufacturing, David Michals worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Cooper Lighting - FailSafe Division from November 1995 to January 1997. David began their career at Quality Lighting as the Quotations Manager / RSM from January 1989 to September 1995.

David Michals completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Northern Illinois University between 1986 and 1990. David later pursued a program in Advanced Management and Leadership at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2011 to 2012.
