Kai Huei Chiang

Kai Huei Chiang possesses extensive experience in talent and learning management, currently serving as Assistant Vice President at Kenanga Group, contributing to initiatives such as competency assessment and succession planning. Prior to this role, Kai held the position of Senior Associate in the same department at Kenanga Group and served as Learning & Development Executive at J&T EXPRESS (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD, where responsibilities included designing a nationwide training strategy and managing a Graduate Trainee Program. Earlier experience includes working as an Associate Consultant at PERSOLKELLY Malaysia, focusing on recruitment, and an internship at the Malaysian Mental Health Association, where client care was a priority. Kai holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris and the University of Southern Indiana.
