Ashley Peluso has a long and varied work experience. Ashley began their career in 2012 as a Quality Control Supervisor at Willow Tree Poultry Farm, Inc., before moving on to become a Senior Quality Assurance Associate at Edesia Nutrition in 2013. In 2015, Ashley started working at Keurig Green Mountain as a Senior Quality Specialist III, where they were a Site SQF Practitioner and HACCP Coordinator for coffee, tea, soup, dairy and specialty beverages. Ashley also became a Subject Matter Expert for Organic, Kosher and supplier audits/regulatory requirements. In the same year, Ashley began working at Vermont Cider Company as a Copack Management and Director of Quality and Regulatory Compliance. In this role, they implemented and trained all staff to SQF Level 2 certification and maintained all procedures and certifications/permits for the site. Ashley also developed and tracked KPI's within departments to monitor and encourage continuous improvement and was a speaker at CiderCon 2019. In 2022, Ashley became the Head Of Regulatory Affairs at Kencko.

Ashley Peluso obtained a Bachelor's degree in Pre-Medical Psychology, Business Management, and Communications from the University of Rhode Island between 2003 and 2007. In 2010, they obtained the Better Process Control School certification from Cornell University. In 2012, Ashley obtained the ServSafe Instructor certification from ServSafe Food Protection Manager Instructor. In 2014, they obtained the HACCP and HACCP Pre-Requisite Programs certification from International Haccp Certification Ltd. In 2015, they obtained the Verifying and Validating : Food Safety Programs certification from Silliker Iberica, S.A. - Mérieux NutriSciences. In 2018, Ashley obtained the FSMA Preventative Controls for Human Food certification from Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA).
