Tomás Froes has had a varied career, beginning with a Sales Intern role at O2 Produções Audiovisuais Lda in 2007. Tomás then worked as a Marketing & Sales Intern at Glintt in 2006, followed by a Marketing & Sales Associate role at Siemens in 2008. In 2011, they founded and became CEO of Scioko, an artisan hot dog modern diner. In 2014, they co-founded FROSTIMO, an European feel CPG-Frozen Multi Category company, and led product vision, its creation, sourcing, team recruitment and go-to market strategy. In 2015, they took on the role of Associate Project Director at All Hands Volunteers, where they led donors fundraising to help change the lives of communities. In 2016, they founded and became CEO of Kencko, a B-Corp certified company. In 2020, they became a Mentor at Techstars.

Tomás Froes attended the Instituto Superior de Comunicação Empresarial from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a BA in Marketing Management. In 2009, they attended ISCTE Business School and earned an Msc in International Management (MIM). In 2010, they attended Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and earned an Msc in Management, with a focus in Business.
