Rebecca Wilson

Rebecca Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Rebecca started their career at Grant Thornton LLP as a Manager, where they focused on conducting studies to improve organizational efficiency. During their time there, they gained valuable experience in process improvement, performance assessment, and project management. Rebecca also obtained certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt.

In 2013, Rebecca joined Kenco Group as a Lean Six Sigma Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing the Lean Six Sigma Program and played a key role in developing and implementing training materials and standardized tools. Rebecca also managed the Project Management Office, Pricing, Project Engineering, and Technical Training. Rebecca worked closely with senior leadership to analyze and assess critical activities and ensure client expectations were met.

Rebecca's career at Kenco progressed as they took on roles such as Director of Technical Services, Director of Organization Effectiveness, and Director of People Operations and Total Rewards. In these positions, they focused on driving efficiency, improving HR systems, and overseeing various HR functions. Rebecca worked closely with operational leaders and utilized data to better understand and address talent, engagement, and labor opportunities.

In their most recent role at Kenco, Rebecca served as the Group Vice President of Human Resources. Rebecca provided oversight for HR processes, improvement initiatives, HR data and analytics, and Kenco's Total Rewards department. Rebecca worked collaboratively across all facets of HR and operational leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and talent management strategies.

Rebecca Wilson completed their education with a Master of Public Policy (MPP) degree from William & Mary in 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Economy from Tulane University in 2004. Rebecca also briefly studied at Universidad de Sevilla in 2002. In addition to their formal education, Rebecca has obtained several certifications including Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in 2016, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Air Academy Associates in 2014, and Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from ASQ in 2010.
