Rick Erway has extensive experience in facilities management and operations, currently serving as Facilities Maintenance Manager and previously as Distribution Manager at Kenco Group since April 2014. Prior to this, Rick was a Facility Operations Group Leader at Target from November 2005 to April 2014. Rick's career began in the US Army, where a 21-year tenure included various roles in Military Intelligence and Infantry, culminating in the rank of Major. Rick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in History from Central Michigan University between 1985 and 1988.
