Shanon Weber

Shanon Weber is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Group Vice President and Co-Owner/Leader of the Kenco Operating System at Kenco Group since May 2002. Under Shanon Weber's leadership, the Kenco Operating System has been implemented across over 90 distribution centers and various service divisions. Previous roles include Vice President of Operations, overseeing more than 13 distribution centers of significant size, and Senior Director of Operations, where major accomplishments encompassed the greenfield startup of a substantial distribution facility. Earlier professional experience includes roles as Director of Operations and General Manager at Kenco's multi-client distribution centers, as well as Warehouse Manager and Network Quality/Safety Manager at Returns Distribution Specialist. Academic credentials include an MBA in Management from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a BBA & BS in Accounting and Management from Lambuth University, along with certification as a Certified Supply Chain Professional.
