Diane Massey, MS, LPC, NCC has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Diane started their career as a Career Services Practicum student at Immaculata University in 2006, followed by working as a Career Services Coordinator/Intern in 2007. Diane also worked as a Paralegal at Campbell & Levine, LLC from 2003 to 2007.

In 2007, they joined Immaculata University again, this time as the Director of Career Development until 2015. During this period, they also served as an Adjunct Faculty for the First Year Experience program and provided comprehensive career services for students and alumni.

From 2004 to 2008, they worked as a Front Desk Member Service Representative at Kennett Area YMCA.

Diane then became an Adjunct Faculty at West Chester University in 2014, teaching courses on Career Development Theories and Practices.

In 2008, they started working as a Career Counselor at Career Insights For Teens (CIFT), providing group and individual career counseling to diverse high school student populations.

From 2015 to 2022, they held various roles at The Kendal Corporation, including Executive Assistant, Coordinator of Community Engagement, and Director of Outreach and Engagement.

Currently, starting in 2022, they are working as the Interim Executive Director at Kendal Charitable Funds.

Additionally, in 2015, they briefly worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Neumann University, teaching the Professional Career Exploration course.

Diane Massey has a wealth of experience in career counseling, outreach and engagement, and program coordination.

Diane Massey obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Paralegal Studies from Widener University Schools of Law from 1992 to 1996. Diane later pursued a Masters of Science in Education Counseling/Higher Education/Student Affairs from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, completing their degree from 2005 to 2008. In 2012, they obtained certifications as a Professional Counselor from the State Board of Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists and Professional Counselors, as well as becoming a National Certified Counselor (NCC) through NBCC. Diane also holds MBTI Step I and Step II Certification from CPP, Inc.
