Kashae Knox

Kashae Knox is a seasoned professional in outreach, engagement, and workforce development, currently serving as the Director of Outreach and Engagement at Educational Results Partnership since November 2020. Responsibilities include engaging with field practitioners to enhance their understanding of data tools, conducting data literacy assessments, and facilitating stakeholder interviews. Previous experience includes directing workforce development initiatives at City of Refuge, where Kashae coordinated internships, managed student engagement, and implemented skill training, as well as serving as a Thousand Strong Career Coach to support at-risk high school students. Kashae's background also includes coaching track and field at William Jessup University and various roles in educational support and administration. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration and participation in the Multicultural Executive Leadership Program at USC Marshall School of Business.
