Anna Panaskevych

Anna Panaskevych is a Research and Development Technologist at Kendal Nutricare (Kendamil) since September 2023, focusing on new product development and enhancing existing products to improve consumer satisfaction. Previously, Anna served as a Scientific Technician at Myconeos Limited, formulating fungal-based ingredients and managing research projects. Anna has experience as a Research and Product Development Assistant at Nutribio, participating in infant formula development, and has also worked as a Laboratory Assistant at the Institute of Food Products of Ukraine, conducting microbiological research. Additionally, Anna taught chemistry as a tutor while pursuing a Master's degree in Food Science at ISA Lille, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology and Processing from the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine.
