Donna Taylor

Chief Health Services Officer at Kendal~Crosslands Communities

Donna Taylor has a strong background in the aging services industry, with extensive experience in executive leadership roles. Donna began their career at William Hill Manor in 1981, where they worked in various departments and gained knowledge of operational processes, policies, regulations, and financial structures. In 1985, they were promoted to Executive Director and held that position until 2007. Donna then joined EMA (now Integrace) as the Executive Vice President for Operations, where they served from 2007 to 2010. Following that, they became the Executive Director at Bayleigh Chase (formerly William Hill Manor), a position they held from 2010 to 2015. In 2016, they joined Kendal~Crosslands Communities as the Chief Health Services Officer. Donna most recently worked as a Surveyor for CARF International starting in 2018. Throughout their career, Donna has developed strong relationships with residents, families, colleagues, and the greater community.

Donna Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Salisbury University - Perdue School of Business, which they earned from 1984 to 1989. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Chesapeake College, which they completed from 1982 to 1984. In addition to their academic achievements, they have obtained the certifications of Certified Professional in Aging Services Risk Management from the Center for Aging Services Risk Management in April 2019, and QAPI Certified Professional (QCP) from AADNS in December 2017. Donna also holds a license as a Nursing Home Administrator in Maryland and Pennsylvania.
