Seth Beaver

Seth A. Beaver, P.E. has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the engineering and facilities management field. Seth A. started their career at UGI Corporation as a Gas Plant Engineer, where they managed maintenance and operations at multiple propane terminals. Seth A. then moved on to Century Engineering, Inc as a Senior Engineer, where they managed land development projects and focused on the design of stormwater, wastewater, and water treatment systems. At Brethren Village, they served as the Director of Facilities before joining Kendal~Crosslands Communities. At Kendal~Crosslands Communities, they have held multiple roles including Director of Facilities, Senior Director of Resident and Community Affairs and Capital Projects, and currently holds the position of Vice President of Community Operations. Seth has a strong background in project management, utilities design, and facility operations.

Seth A. Beaver, P.E. obtained a Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering from Pennsylvania State University in 2005. Prior to that, they earned a BSE in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania in 2001. Seth also holds a Professional Engineer certification.
