Patricia Penfold

Patricia Penfold is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social services and community engagement. Currently serving as the Transition Coordinator at the Kendall County Health Department since November 2022, Patricia previously held various roles at the Northern Illinois Food Bank, including Bilingual Volunteer and Digital Engagement Lead and Bilingual SNAP Coordinator from November 2018 to September 2022. Prior to this, Patricia worked as a Doula at Family Focus, Inc., and VNA Health Care, where responsibilities included teaching prenatal classes and providing home visitation. Patricia's background also includes serving as a Bilingual Intact Family Case Manager at Pioneer Center for Human Services and as an Eligibility Specialist at the Tennessee Department of Human Services. Patricia holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Roosevelt University.
