JinKweon Berry is a seasoned visual merchandising professional with extensive experience across several prominent retail companies. Currently serving as the Sr. Regional Visual Manager at Kendra Scott since 2024, JinKweon Berry has successfully developed and executed visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand objectives. Previously, as Market Visual Manager at AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC. from 2019 to 2024, JinKweon Berry led floorset initiatives, collaborating with visual teams to ensure effective strategy implementation. JinKweon Berry also contributed significantly at Gap from 2009 to 2019, holding various roles including Regional Visual Manager and Assistant General Manager of Merchandising, where responsibilities included training store teams and enhancing visual alignment with the brand's vision.
