Niketa Pandey

Niketa Pandey has a diverse range of work experience in various companies. Niketa currently works as an OMS Lead Business Analyst at Kendra Scott since April 2022. Before that, they worked at Perficient, where they held multiple roles, including Lead Business Consultant (Sterling OMS) and Co-Lead of Career Growth for Women in Tech ERG. Niketa also worked as a Senior Business Consultant (Sterling OMS) at Perficient from October 2018 to April 2022. Prior to that, Niketa worked at GameStop as a Senior Quality Analyst, where they were responsible for various tasks such as test plan creation, test data creation, and E2E order creation. Niketa also has experience at HP and Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Lead QA Engineer and Software Engineer respectively. Additionally, they have worked as a Senior S/w Engineer at IGATE.

Niketa Pandey obtained a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Orrisa, from 2003 to 2006. In addition, they have gained various certifications including Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®), AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®), Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist, and Scrum Foundations.
