Julian Cuns

Julian Cuns began their professional career in 2005 as an RF Optimization and Planning Consultant for Lemcon Networks. Julian then worked as an RF Optimization Engineer for Nokia's consultant for Movistar project in Venezuela. In 2012, they were a Network Planning and Optimization Project Manager and Care Manager for NSN - Nokia Solutions and Networks. In 2013, they became an RF Planning and Optimization Manager for ZTE. From 2014 to 2020, they were a Project Manager/Senior RF Engineer for Ingenia Telecom an Astellia company where they were responsible for the implementation of the NOVA RAN solution in Telefonica Spain, time and resource management, coordination with 3rd parties, and leading the ad-hoc deployment for Telefonica special requests. In 2020, they became a Product Consultant for Kenmei Technologies.

Julian Cuns obtained a Master in Telecommunications Management from Simón Bolívar University. Valle de Sartenejas between 2002 and 2004. Prior to that, they obtained an Electronic Engineer Science Bachelor from the same university between 1995 and 2000.
