Ashlee Parker-Osborne has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ashlee began their career as a News Producer at KWTV in 2001 before moving on to become a Daybreak News Producer at WSOC-TV. At WSOC-TV, they produced the highest-rated local morning newscast in the top 100 markets. Ashlee then joined WDAF-TV Fox 4 as a Producer, leading a team of over 20 people to create compelling nightly newscasts.

In 2009, Ashlee transitioned to the nonprofit sector, where they served as the Communications Manager for Wayside Waifs, a beloved Kansas City nonprofit organization. During their time there, they managed media relations and direct mail campaigns, significantly increasing participation and revenue for their popular fall event.

In 2012, Ashlee joined Bank of Kansas City/BOK Financial as the Vice President & Senior Regional Community Relations Manager. Ashlee led community relations and internal/external communications for the Kansas City market, supporting the acquisition and merger of Mobank.

Ashlee then moved to Honeywell, where they held two roles. As a Communications Lead, they created key partnerships and programs focused on community reinvestment and corporate social responsibility. In their subsequent role as a Communications Manager, they aligned business objectives with communications, CSR, and marketing strategies, receiving the 2018 Business Philanthropist of the Year award from the Association of Fundraising Professionals Mid-America Chapter.

From 2020 to 2023, Ashlee worked at PBI-Gordon Corporation as the Sr. Corporate Communications Manager. In this role, they managed all internal and external communication for PBI-Gordon Companies and its subsidiary, leading a team of seven and supporting various marketing initiatives.

Currently, Ashlee holds the position of Director of Marketing Communications & Analytics at PBI-Gordon Companies, where they oversee marketing communication strategies and utilizes analytics to inform decision-making.

Ashlee's most recent work experience is as the Director of Business Communications at Kennametal, a position they started in 2023. In this role, they are responsible for directing business communications strategies.

Throughout their career, Ashlee has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive results in various industries.

Ashlee Parker-Osborne obtained a Bachelor of Journalism with a focus on Broadcast Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia between 1997 and 2000. Ashlee later pursued a Master's Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications at The University of Kansas from 2019 to 2022.
