Donna Toothman

Donna Toothman serves as the Vice President at Kennametal and has been with the company since June 2019. In addition, Donna holds the title of Global Director of EHS & Sustainability at Arconic since November 2016, bringing extensive experience from a previous role as Global Director of EHS & Sustainability at Alcoa from June 2001 to October 2016. Donna has developed and implemented robust EHS & Sustainability strategies for large global businesses, including operations in North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and Russia. With a career that began in the healthcare sector as a Manager in various medical settings and included senior leadership positions at PPG Industries, Donna holds a Master of Science in Occupational Health & Safety Engineering from West Virginia University and a Bachelor's degree in Allied Health Business Administration from Fairmont State University, complemented by a certification in International Business from Kelly School of Business.
