Karen George has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, having worked at Kennametal since September 1997 in various roles, including Sr. HR Representative, Commercial Engagement Specialist, and Sr. Recruiter, with a focus on servicing multi-faceted industries such as aerospace, automotive, and general engineering. Previously, Karen served as a Human Resources Manager, supporting strategic business plans and corporate initiatives across various business units. Earlier in the career, Karen held the position of Relocation Specialist at Kennametal, Inc from October 1996 to November 1997, where responsibilities included administering corporate relocation operations and serving as the primary contact for relocating employees and their families. Karen holds a Bachelor’s degree in HR Management from Seton Hill University, earned between 2003 and 2007.
