Swastika Mukherjee

Swastika Mukherjee is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Strategy, Sustainability, Communication, and Marketing India at Kennametal since June 2021. With a strong background in corporate communications and marketing, Mukherjee previously held the position of Head of Corporate Communications and Digital Marketing at Thermax Limited from December 2017 to May 2021. Mukherjee also worked at Sandvik as the Marketing and Corporate Communications Head for Sandvik Asia Private Limited, and has experience as Senior Manager of Market Research and Communications at Cummins India. Earlier roles include Assistant Marketing Manager at Honeywell Process Solutions and Management Trainee in Marketing and Corporate Communications at Tal Manufacturing Solutions Limited. Mukherjee holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from DY Patil College of Engineering Pune and an MBA in Marketing from Indira Institute of Management Pune.
