Matthew O'Brien

Matthew O'Brien has extensive experience in management and customer relations across various industries. Currently serving as Center Manager at Kennards Self Storage since January 2011, Matthew has notably achieved the Gold Operational Standard at the Parramatta location in 2013 and successfully increased occupancy from 78% to 93% within seven months in 2015. Previously, Matthew held roles including Assistant Manager at Mie Day Spa, where expertise in massage therapy was demonstrated, and Purchasing Manager at George Street Book Exchange, focusing on customer relations and financial management. Earlier in Matthew's career, duties included serving as Duty Manager at KFC-Lansvale.
