Shawna Dellamonica

Shawna DellaMonica, SHRM-SCP, has over 19 years of progressive experience in human resources at Kennebunk Savings, currently serving as First Vice President and Human Resources Director. DellaMonica is proficient in managing benefits, total compensation programs, recruitment, retention, and employee lifecycle activities. Additionally, expertise in HR systems, operations, reporting, and compliance is demonstrated through various leadership roles, including Vice President and Assistant Vice President. DellaMonica holds a B.S. in Human Resources Management from Columbia Southern University and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts from York County Community College. Shawna has also contributed to the field as an instructor in relevant subjects at the Center for Financial Training & Education Alliance.
