Luther Johnson

Luther Johnson currently serves as the Senior Director of Corporate Security at the Kennedy Krieger Institute, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Luther Johnson was the Deputy Chief of Police for the Howard County Department of Police in Maryland from July 1989 to June 2020. Additionally, Luther Johnson was the Past PSL Alumni President at Johns Hopkins University from 2012 to 2014 and served as an Assessor for CALEA from January 2008 to June 2012. Academically, Luther Johnson holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from The Johns Hopkins University and completed Session 239 in Police Management at the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia, with further education from Harvard Kennedy School.
