Marina L.

Marina L. is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Systems Analyst at Kennedy Krieger Institute since May 2023, where responsibilities include coordinating maintenance, business process improvement, and reporting for the institute's HCM systems, as well as developing and implementing third-party electronic interfaces. Prior to this, Marina held the position of Orientation & Onboarding Programs Manager at Adventist HealthCare from March 2022 to May 2023, focusing on centralizing onboarding processes and fostering strategic partnerships across departments. Additionally, Marina worked as an HR Generalist/Manager at Psomagen from February 2016 to March 2022, leading efforts to identify operational inefficiencies and manage comprehensive HR functions. Marina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Product Design from the Georgia Institute of Technology and participated in a study abroad program in Industrial Design at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology.
