Fenna van Dijk

Fenna Van Dijk is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as an author for Tijdschrift Goed Bestuur en Toezicht since October 2019, Fenna writes a quarterly column focusing on the legal aspects of effective governance and oversight. Since January 2019, Fenna has also been a faculty member at Governance Academy, teaching governance in the semi-public sector as part of the Professional Company Secretary program. At Kennedy Van der Laan, where Fenna has been a partner and head of the healthcare team since October 1996, expertise in corporate law is applied with an emphasis on the human dimension of legal matters. Prior experience includes a role as a know-how consultant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in 1996. Fenna holds a Master's Degree in Law from the University of Amsterdam and completed VWO at Rijnlands Lyceum.
