Gaya Schultz

Gaya Schultz is an accomplished EU and Benelux Trademark and Design Attorney with extensive experience in the field of intellectual property. Currently leading the trademark and design prosecution department at Kennedy Van der Laan since August 2018, Gaya assists clients with various IP-related services including clearances, filings, and oppositions. Previously, Gaya held similar roles at Landmark B.V. and Zacco (formerly Shield Mark), and has contributed to political efforts at PvdA Amersfoort. Gaya's educational background includes a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Amsterdam and certifications in intellectual property from EUIPO and Beneluxvereniging voor Merken- en Modellenrecht.
