Kennedy Van der Laan
Jelle Van Veenen is an accomplished professional in the legal tech sector, serving as Innovation Manager and Legal Service Designer at Kennedy Van der Laan since June 2017. As the Founder of Dutch Legal Tech, Jelle has been instrumental in promoting legal innovation through organized events. Jelle has also contributed to academia as a Guest Lecturer for the Master of Legal Management at Hogeschool van Amsterdam from September 2016 to 2019, focusing on the intersection of legal processes and technology. Previous roles include Legal Service Designer at Jelle van Veenen Advies, ownership of Spreek met, and positions at Jurix Foundation and Tilburg University, where Jelle conducted research on online dispute resolution and alternative dispute resolution. Jelle holds a PhD in Law from Tilburg University and has a strong background in Cognitive Artificial Intelligence from Utrecht University.
