Shayna Eskew

Shayna Eskew has a strong background in property management and real estate, with over 20 years of experience. Shayna started their career at Spieker Properties as a Project Manager and later worked at Equity Office Properties, overseeing daily operations, leasing, and construction management for a portfolio of suburban office parks. Shayna then joined PM Realty Group, where they managed a diverse portfolio of office, industrial, retail, and residential buildings, including an active naval port. Shayna also worked as a Principal at Green Property Solutions, specializing in energy efficiency and sustainability strategies for commercial property portfolios. Shayna has held senior positions at Kilroy Realty Corporation, CBRE, and CAC Real Estate Management Co., Inc., overseeing various types of properties and leading teams through certifications and acquisitions. Shayna'smost recent role was as a Portfolio Director at Kennedy Wilson Property Services, where they are currently employed.
