Lennard Coplin

Lennard Coplin is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and leasing. Since September 2001, Coplin has served as the Senior Property Manager and Leasing Director at Kennedy Wilson, overseeing the Industrial and Office Portfolios in Austin, and managing Tenant Representation for industrial, office, and retail clients. Prior to this role, Coplin worked as a Broker at The Kucera Companies from September 1997 to June 2001, specializing in office, industrial, and retail leasing as well as investment sales. From 1984 to 1997, Coplin was the Principal owner of Travis Properties, a real estate firm engaged in sales, leasing, property management, and construction management across various property types. Coplin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from the University of Houston, where studies were completed from 1972 to 1977.
