Regina Finnegan

Ms. Finnegan is the Director of Global Risk Management and Human Resources for Kennedy Wilson. Her responsibilities include oversight of the firm’s Risk Management and Insurance programs throughout the world for all operational, real estate ownership and development risks. Additionally, Ms. Finnegan provides oversight of all Kennedy Wilson human resources matters, including recruiting, developing, motivating and directing the company’s more than 550 employees worldwide.

Prior to joining Kennedy Wilson Ms. Finnegan was an Executive Vice President at Willis Towers Watson. In that role, she served as the West Coast real estate practice leader working with clients in real estate, hospitality, and gaming. Her primary focus was working with large, global, clients in North America, Asia, Europe, the Caribbean and Mexico. Ms. Finnegan also spent several years in a similar role at Marsh & McLennan.

Ms. Finnegan received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California. In addition to having served on numerous philanthropic boards, she is a CAP Mentor in the Marshall School of Business at USC.
