Suzie Kim is an experienced retail operations and customer care professional with a robust background in the fashion industry. Currently serving as the Retail Operations & Customer Care Manager at Kennedy since May 2018, Suzie previously held positions including Customer Care Manager and Boutique Manager at the IWC Boutique in Melbourne. Prior to Kennedy, Suzie spent a year as Store Manager at HUGO BOSS and over five years in a similar role at Emporio Armani. Suzie began their career as a Sales Associate at Raoul. Suzie holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus in Management and Human Resource Management from Monash University, completed between 2009 and 2012.
