Amanda Hutchinson

Amanda Hutchinson, PHR has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Amanda is currently serving as the Senior Director of Talent Management at Kennedy Jenks Consultants since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at S&ME where they held various positions including Director of Talent Management, Senior Manager Talent Management, Recruiting Manager, and Recruiter from 2015 to 2023. Before S&ME, Amanda worked at Youth Villages as a Recruiting Supervisor, Sourcing Specialist, and Staff Recruiter from 2005 to 2015. Their work experience includes overseeing talent acquisition functions, developing talent management strategies, managing college recruiting campaigns, establishing regional candidate pipelines, setting salaries, conducting interviews, and building employment brand through key faculty relationships and campus events.

Amanda Hutchinson, PHR, holds a Master's of Science in Management (MSM) degree, which they obtained from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business in 2004. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Florida, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology in 2003. In 2015, Amanda obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Recently, in November 2020, they received the Certificate of Mastery: Cultivating Cultures of Inclusion & High Performance from the DEI Academy.
