Mark Cullington has a strong background in the water environment industry. Mark started their career as a Water Quality Manager at the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality, where they had statewide responsibility for multiple water quality programs. In 2006, they joined Kennedy Jenks Consultants as a Senior Scientist, where they served as a Project Manager and Company Biosolids Practice Leader. Mark later became the Oregon Operations Manager and Principal, responsible for overseeing the water infrastructure business unit operations in the state. In their most recent role, they served as the Operations Manager and Vice President, leading the water infrastructure business unit operations for Oregon and managing the Portland and Eugene offices. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations, where they work with and leads the Pacific Northwest and Pacific water environment operations team, focusing on market expansion, revenue growth, staff retention and hiring, and providing technical solutions for clients.
