Patrick Huston

Patrick is an environmental engineer with experience in water, wastewater, and reclamation service areas, including treatment facilities, pump stations, storage reservoirs, and distribution systems. His involvement in these areas has included project management, planning, analysis, design, construction and permit coordination. Pat brings expertise in design-build project delivery as both Engineer-of-Record and Owner’s Representative, having DBIA certification, and having helped four Southern California agencies recently implement their first design-build projects, including San Elijo Joint Power Authority, Hi Desert Water District, Padre Dam Municipal Water District, and Tesoro Viejo Master Mutual Water Company. Pat is currently serving as the firm’s Operations Director/Alternative Delivery Leader.
