Hervé Lagache

Hervé LAGACHE has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Hervé is currently serving as the Chief Growth Officer at Kennek, a company focused on revolutionizing the private debt market through data and technology. Prior to this, Hervé held the position of Head of Growth at Pricing Pact in 2022. Hervé also worked as the Director Benelux at LOD'AIR in 2021 and as the Co-Founder of Hop Hop from 2020 to 2021.

Hervé has also held senior positions in renowned companies such as Rossel, where they were the CEO of Références, leading a team of over 20 people and managing various aspects of the business. Hervé founded and served as CEO at Jobtic.fr, an IT job board that was part of the ictjob group.

In the earlier stages of their career, Hervé worked as a Senior Consultant at Roland Berger, where they were involved in strategy projects for notable clients. Hervé also served as a Senior Consultant at Kurt Salmon. Prior to these positions, Hervé gained valuable experience as an Account Manager Corporate Banking and a Management Trainee at ING.

Hervé LAGACHE earned a Bachelor's degree in Law from UCLouvain Saint-Louis Bruxelles in 1999. Hervé then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Law from Université catholique de Louvain in 2002. In the same year, they also pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration from Vlerick Business School. Additionally, Hervé LAGACHE attended a short-term program at Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2002.
